Here’s What I Learnt In 2019! You’re Welcome!

In 2019, I read more and built rewarding relationships that taught me key lessons that I’d like to share with the world.

Key to note, is that a lot of successful people agree to this. So yeah, you’re welcome!

• Companies don’t have to be massive with maybe 1000 staff to be successful!
  Think about the peculiarities of your business and how you can successfully cut through the usual ideals and still make it work!
• Collaborate and partner!
  No one man’s an island! Sometimes great ideas come from other people and sometimes they come to you from that interaction with them.
• Outsource if you can! Yep! You don’t have to do all that work. You don’t have to find the staff that will either.
  Have a task?
  Know someone great at it?
  Recruit the person to do it!
  That way you don’t have to hire them full time and increase your overhead!
• Have the right people around you! This cannot be overemphasized!
  The right people give you the right mind set plus you get to learn a lot from them.
  They also bring out the best in you!
  Such a win!
• Your health should come first, physical, emotional and mental!
  I learnt this the hard way this year and going into the new decade? Nothing will overtake this! NOTHING!
• Make your life easier. Where you choose to live, what you choose to eat etc.
  Work’s already hard enough, don’t make it harder by adding ulcer, indigestion, constipation, stomach upsets, long commute times or worse off, traffic!

Slowly learning and applying a lot of these things, but I thought you all had to know too!
